Do you ship worldwide?

We only currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Aberdeen, Scotland.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept over 20+ payment methods through our payment processor VivaWallet including Visa. We also offer bank transfer where instructions are given after checkout. For collection we also offer cash on delivery.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders 7 days a week. Orders will be processed the same day. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping services can be next day or 2-3 days depending on the selected method.
